We never sell, distribute, or use your images for any commercial purpose without your explicit consent. In some cases, we may request permission to showcase a watermarked version of your completed artwork on our website or social media pages. This will only happen after receiving your approval.

Customer Satisfaction Promise

Each Giftingz product is handcrafted and customized specifically for you. Since every order is made to your unique requirements, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed once your order has been confirmed.

To ensure you receive exactly what you expect, we provide a digital preview of your artwork before production. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we proceed with printing only after receiving your approval.
Artwork Review & Revisions
After you upload your photographs and share your customization preferences, our skilled designers begin creating your personalized artwork.

A preview will be sent to you for review. If you’d like adjustments or minor revisions, we’ll gladly make the necessary changes until the design meets your expectations. Our goal is to deliver a final product you’ll truly love.

Shipping Information

Free shipping is available across India.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after the artwork receives your final approval.
We partner with trusted courier services such as DTDC, India Post (Speed Post), and other reliable logistics providers.
A tracking number will be shared with you as soon as your package is shipped.
Need your order urgently? Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact our customer support team for pricing and delivery timelines.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order any time before approving the artwork or before it has been dispatched for production.
If our designers have already started working on your project, a reasonable artwork or design Minimum Rs 199 fee may be deducted based on the progress completed before cancellation.1

Replacement Policy

We carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify us as soon as possible along with clear photographs of the damaged item.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. This policy applies to eligible personalized products including photo frames, mugs, keychains, mobile covers, and similar customized items.

REFUND

Refund is applicable when product is reusable but mostly we are not accept any refund for gifting items.
